· Keys and float from reception
· Divide float between 2 tills
· Bar shutter up
· Glass washer on
· Coffee beans topped up
· Music on
· Lights on
· Bottle bin emptied
· Stock the bar
· Fill ice bucket
· Cut lemons and limes
· Milk in fridge
· Set up coffee station (cups, saucers etc)
· Spirit and draught taps on
· Tables set for bookings
· Sauces checked
· Butters out
· Specials on boards and prices changed on the till
· Waiting station set up
· Open doors
· Sweep outside step
· Wine list on all table
