Welcome to your offsite induction for Malones Glasgow. Whether you are joining us as a full time or part time member of the team, on the bar or in one of our kitchens, we hope the time you spend with us is positive and enjoyable. The following induction will take about 40 minutes so grab a coffee and make yourself comfortable.

The purpose of this induction is to give you a general overview of the company and your role within it. We will outline what you can expect from us as an employer and in turn what we require from you as a member of our team. Everybody that joins our team bring something with them and we are excited to see what you can bring to Malones Glasgow.

By now you should have received a date for your on site induction where your manager will go through more site specific training with you. Please don’t forget to bring along your passport or your visa and right to work documents if applicable. Also if you have any professional qualifications such as a Personal License or a Food Safety qualification you can bring that along too so we can take a copy of them.
