Molly’s Fire Procedures

In the case of a fire evacuation please be aware of the following procedures

When the fire alarm sounds

• Stop serving IMMEDIATELY
• Restaurant Manager/Supervisor or senior team member on shift take your departmental rota and leave by the nearest, safest fire exit
• Close all doors behind you
• Report to the fire assembly point at the back of the hotel outside the guest car park

DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL RISKS

DO NOT USE THE LIFT

DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING, UNTIL DIRECTED TO DO SO
